Four APMP California Chapter members will share their summaries and impressions of the best sessions on Wednesday, 26 July, from the June 2017 New Orleans APMP Bid & Proposal Con.
If you attended, you can share your comments and ask your questions about the sessions. If you didn’t go to New Orleans, you can still share your comments and questions, and glean valuable details from the presentations.
The California Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP®) is holding its 14th Annual Training Day on Friday, 3 November 2017 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim, California.
Training Day speakers automatically receive free conference registration, breakfast and lunch. All other attendees, including speaker guests, have to pay the conference registration fee, unless the sponsorship opportunities (below) provide an additional free registration.

Giveaway/Raffle Item & Marketing Literature Opportunities
We are actively seeking event giveaway items…small items (pens, note pads, marketing materials, etc.) to be provided at registration; and especially nicer/special items (books, guides, nice marketing giveaway items) to raffle. If your consulting organization or employer is a provider of capture or proposal services or products, this would be an excellent way to advertise to California proposal professionals and we would very much appreciate your donation. We anticipate 60–70 attendees.
Speakers and sponsors are welcome to bring standard marketing brochures/flyers, which we can provide to all attendees (~ 60–70) when they register or place on the registration table (immediately outside the conference room)…space permitting. Normally, Disney has a few small wooden tables in the room (not guaranteed), one or two of which could be used for brochures.

We have opportunities to sponsor portions of the conference…on a first-come basis. We would announce your company as a sponsor, for any of these paid sponsorships.
Breakfast Sponsor ($1,000) – Sponsorship sign placed near breakfast food/beverages; opportunity for your representative to make a brief marketing announcement to the audience; comes with 1 free registration
Lunch Sponsor ($2,000) – Sponsorship sign placed near food; opportunity for your representative to make a brief marketing announcement to the audience; comes with 2 free registrations
AM Break Sponsor. ($500) – No free conference registration. Sponsorship sign placed near snacks/beverages and we acknowledge your company’s sponsorship.
Mid-Afternoon Break, Dessert Table Sponsor ($750) – Comes with one free conference registration. Sponsorship sign placed near snacks/beverages and an opportunity for your representative to make a brief verbal marketing announcement to the audience.
We only have one room and, unfortunately, do not have the space for small pop-up exhibit booths or displays. Thank you for your interest.
