Word Clouds and the Executive Summary… or, a Quick and Dirty (and Fun!) Way to Test for Client Focus

Abstract 

Any bid manager or proposal writer worth their salt will tell you that client focus is vital for crafting a compelling and persuasive Executive Summary. They will also appreciate the plethora of tools and methods available to test for client focus.

In this webinar, we will explore ways to use the now ubiquitous ‘word cloud’ as a visual method for analyzing the balance of “buyer vs supplier” in the proposal narrative. We will highlight some of the tools available to do this, and outline other tried and tested techniques.

By the end of this webinar, attendees will understand how to take advantage of this approach, recognize its limitations, and gain access to free tools to create their own word clouds.
